Boondocker ada box and ebc on an apex

Anyone have any experience installing this system on an apex. I was having some issues with my non ada box and in talking to the guys at boondocker determined that I was running one of the early boxes. Decided to upgrade to the ada box and went with the electronic boost controller system too. Trying to install now and I'll just start by saying the instructions are terrible. So anyone gone this route and care to walk me through the wiring? It should be simple enough, but the more I look at it the more confused I become.

I haven't done one on an apex...but on my Nytro it was plug and play. What are you having to rewire?

It looks like it should be plug and play, but I have 5 connectors that I can't get. I'm guessing I am just not seeing where they go. 1 will be for the push to pass button so that leaves me with a white single wire that comes out of the ebc, 2 sets of black and red with a male/female one each end. They are in the same harness so don't attach to each other. The last one is a 2 wire with a female end on it.

I like to think I'm fairly handy, but I am at a loss. Initially I was sent the wrong harnesses so that was a real head scratcher. Supposed to have the right ones now and it appears that I do, but.......
