Bonded a arms

So my 13 pro has the lower bonded a arms. I noticed yesterday the bracket that mounts to the stabilizer link is spinning on the a arm tube. So the glue let go. Can I just drill and bolt it?

I think that may be covered under good-will warranty... I think they had a service bulletin on SOME 2013 arms because of the adhesive on the swaybar mount.

I think I would drill and rivet before through bolting. It is alum to steel right? The bolt would work with a locking nut and be careful to not over tighten. I still think a couple of rivets is better.
