Bogging bottom end

Posting for a friend has a unpredictable bottom end bog it's a 2012 pro climb with cutlers stage 2 he can't seem to tune it worth a s$@t has never ran good since he owned it. Where should he start,any thoughts guys hes killing are rides with these issues.

has he pulled out reeds and checked them. Also check for possible boost leaks.

I fought my 2013 with a bottom end bog, reeds were toast.

x3 on the reeds. Worth a check. I have had great luck with TDR Reeds on all my turbo sleds.
