Bogging 04 900 efi

I was wondering why my 900 falls on its face sometimes when you acceralate

Mine does it to. It is only right after you start it up right? The EFI runs a rich cycle for the first 2 minutes after start up even after it is warmed up. That causes it to stutter when you stab the throttle. If yours is doing it different than that I don't know what it is.

It does it then but even sometimes when going down the trail about half throttle and you punch it it falls on face is it maybe running to rich?

are you sure its not a lean bog they talk about on here, my buddy just bought a 04 900 efi with a slp can (only mod) and its doing this i told him to put the stock can back on and see what happens

I do know that the EFI 900's are super picky about what silencer is on them. I am running a slp and it works GREAT! I have tried others with different results. I ran a cpi silencer with my stock pipe and it worked great! tried the cpi with a SLP single and the sled ran like crap.

Im running 05 efi with dnd y-pipe with A front dump dnd can no proplems rips good

Just for kicks try unplugging the kill switch and use the key switch to shut off the sled. The kill switch has a throttle sense to it and it acts up sometimes around mid throttle.
