The Blue Mountains are W H I T E !!!! It is now a GREAT TIME for all Cat riders to get out there and ride as there is only a couple of inches in the mountains... this is good news for Cat riders as they know they are stuck when the white stuff piles up to, oh say 6-7 INCHES... and then they have challenges getting out of the parking lot..

Mike we all konw that the doo would still trench in nonly a couple of inches.

Late night last night driving the ambulance to Spokane.
Did not go up to cut wood for the club today. Thanks to all taht showed you are better than I. The weather looked brutal. We will be up there next week and will try to fill Teal during the day while hunting.

Installed my new primary, snow flap and tail light today. Need to change DD oil and install seat and I am ready to rode. What am I saying the Pol is ready to go now.
Rob

Bluewood is open and reporting 37 inch base and 43 inches on top. The trails have begun to be groomed last weekend. The snow is powdery so you have to be careful about getting off the road as there are many stumps along the road from when they cut the fire breaks in 2006.

The club rode towards Tollgate last Saturday and spent a long time getting over the Milkshakes due to all the down trees and no base. I think they will be cooking hamburgers at Godman on Sunday.

Ride Report 12/12/10

Rode out of Cloverland, sloppy but you can drive to the sno park, but it is a mess (foot of wet snow). Also I see people without sno park permits got invitations to send more money to the government (aka tickets).

Rode to Misery, marker shows just a little less than two feet of the white snuff. All of the snow is wet and going off the road was risky. THINK S N O W !!!

Ride Report 12/26/10

Rode in at Cloverland, you can drive to the corner but there are drifts in the road.. so better to park on the road. No one was able to drive to the sno park (road is icy and drifted). The groomer has been out and the trails were clear. At the Misery marker looked to be about 2 1/2 feet... good news it snow pretty good in the later afternoon!

Snow was not that bad, still not enough but there was enough for a certain Cat rider getting stuck on the M8 :musicnote: but that is the same old song every year... plus he had nuts and bolts falling off the old Cat... I knew there was a reason I carried tools... so other people could use them..I guess I better start carrying nuts and bolts too (the Doo also had an "incident" as I flipped it over backwards.. due to TOO MUCH POWER but lucky I threw my body under the sled to limit damage... handlebar and steering post are TU:mad2:).

PS nice seeing Matt P. out riding

Don't waste your time going to the Blues, weather is crappy, snow is crappy... yep don't go :face-icon-small-hap

Four feet at the marker, deeper in the blown in areas... lots of powder, trails are getting pretty choppy (if you are a trail rider)

Road to the Cloverland park is plowed... a greenie has his car parked on the hill... watch out. Also they are camped at the Wenatchee GS with several dogs... I would give them room... so they don't bitch about snowmobiles..

This old fat guy could not ride today and there may be, um some, um photo shop pictures of a Doo near China and later upside down (but just for maintenance).. :amen:

BEST DAY RIDING OF THE WHOLE YEAR (including last season)...

Yea the snow and weather are horrible, LOL!

We all have those days for some reason we get stuck on the normally easy stuff.

Nice visiting with you yesterday. Take care.
