Blew a belt (brand new) under moderate acceleration, and afterwards the idle is high and rough. It idles around 2500 RPM and the motor is now really rough. I checked for string holding the throttle body open, but everything is clean. I sprayed some ether around the crank seal, but didn't notice any change. Any ideas?
It's also worth noting the secondary won't open with the tool very much. I was barely able to get the spare belt on the machine. Something is definitely wrong with the secondary, which sucks because I just had it rebuilt last season right before it died for the rest of the year.
