BINGO!!!!!!!!!!! 2010 Polaris photo from their webiste.

they did prototype that sled 4 years ago..tested it for 3 weeks with a team of 3 polaris engineers/mechanics in my area...they stayed with me and my family as we were the only homestead within there testing ground...it was there old 650 rxl engine ported and upgraded efi..with direct injection..worked well...it was left behind and we use it for a bench beside our barbq pit every summer..kids love it..the seat still has spring in it...they told me to keep it top secret and they would be back...??...haven;t seen them since...i have two pregnent daughters from them and a sheep that walks funny now...i have a few things to discuss...i will give them the sled back if they take my daughters and grandkids..

I'm pretty stoked about this new chassis. I KNOW what I saw on that webiste and that's all I could save before I got bumped off of it.
I think I remember reading that the protos were set up with both T-arms AND A arms. I'd be the A-arm would be more popular with the kids ya know.

Yup a whole lota

Goin on here!!

Actually I dont believe its a photo shop. If I remember right some marketing company or something did it for Polaris. Somehow, someone found the pic and it surfaced... I am sure Scott had this stored in his archeive of pics... The pic showed up when the Rev first cam out... bout the time of the 900...

That is pretty gay. It's gayer than the classic neon green and black leather riding gear made to match a certain riders sled.;);)

Ho would want to ride it anyway? Look at the foot wells to bar distance! Is it desined for a guy 5ft tall? Even for a trail sled. I give it that there are some good ideas on the sled like the full articulating rear suspention! Could lighten things up but lets test it first!!! Or show us What You've Got!!

What is wrong with the sleds poo has out there right now? The problem is that we as consumers are never satisfied when we have something good. . . and that is why the costs always go up. Design and development is expensive. I am still waiting for my Dragon. . . maybe next year. I was hoping they would run those for 4-5 years, like they did with the edge.

You are so right. They make a good sled now. I'm happy with mine except that I have a D7 and would like to up to a D8. But every year we want something radical and new. I hear Ski-Doo guys already talking about the next big thing for them. Problem is R&D and refitting the assembly line is so expensive.

That being said, we know that emission laws are going to drive new motors. Also, Polaris is now the heaviest 2-stroke out there. I like the strength of the Polaris chassis (I tested it this early season), but I would like to see it get narrow up front and shed some pounds. I'm guilty of never being satisfied!
