Billet Wheel's questions?

I was wondering if anyone who is running billet wheels has noticed any increased track wear or anything over the stock rubber coated wheels? Also has anyone run mountain addiction's wheels? Good quality?

I have been running the classic M Mountain Addiction wheels for two years with no problems or track wear, 2 wheels inside rails. I just picked up a pair of the Blizzard wheels for my new sled and they look hot!

Have used Mountain machines performance wheels for years! Some with close to six thousand miles on them with NO problems whatsoever.
I say buy them and enjoy the benefits.:beer;:beer;

I have been running 8" billet idlers that are anodized and can only complain about that snow that builds up on them. After 2500 miles you can see the areas on the track that have worn due to ice build up. The wear is minor and has not affected the durability of the track. I say go for it.

Sammy did you have MM's kit? I have had thier 9 inch wheels, two inside the rails. I have about 3000 miles on the kit and no problems with snow build up. I had a 151 and went to a 159, so my dad made his 144 a 151 with my old track. Track is still looking good. About 3 lugs are cracking a little bit. But that has nothing to do with the big wheels.

No they are not mountain machines,Split Second Performance made them. I have a three wheel set up and maybe that makes a difference, don't know. Easy to tell when the snow is stuck to them by the vibration of the track. Over time they have become slightly pitted which only aggravates the problem. Still consider it a minor nuisance though.
