Hey guys,
I should have pics of these installed in the next day or two. Kreg's machining skillz are awesome and the arms are super close to my cad design. I did a lot of engineering analysis on them so I am confident they will be very strong. However, nothing is better than real world testing. So, Kreg and I will be putting them to the test this winter and if everything goes well we should be ready for sale later this season. I have a trailer business so I have a booth for it plus my sled and some CoBe parts.
Concerning the arm stance, I need to confirm this week but they should be adjustable from 38.5" to 42" by using the ski spacer and by adjusting the inner rod ends. I did this on some prototype chromoloy aero arms and it is nice to fine tune the stance. I ended up preferring around 39.5" on my sled.
