I'm not one to give praise to people for just doing their job, but they have done more than just that ,and have shown the kinda of customer service that others should strive for.

They've been getting the turbo kits out and try'n to fix the major delays they've been having with shipping. They are both working very long hours and doing whatever they can to fix the problems that came up.

I know that I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, having tons of questions and concerns, but both have done a great job at answering them. I've received my tracking numbers from safetybob and I should have all my stuff just in time to finish the job and go on holidays.

I would highly suggest to anyone thinking of buy'n a BD turbo kit to contact either one for your questions, and you can't go wrong buy'n from CODE RED PERFORMANCE, he made it easy.

Good job guys and hope others have the same experience I did.:beer;

ditto justin has tolerated lots of crap from me also lol, and it wasent his fault stuff wasent made yet, safety bob came thru for me when the going got tough too. thanks to them both.

Justin is great to deal with. I know he has been thrown under the bus because of the delays. Unfortunately there is nothing he could do about it.

After a LOT of complaints and forum pressure from myself and others, BD has become more responsive and I appreciate that. Initally they treated me like they were the only game in town. I have had frankly a POOR experiance with BD overall and will likely never buy from them again. For a nearly $5K product, I expected more.

I appreciate SafetyBob's help in working on this and don't hold my experiance negatively against her. I guess you can't please everyone, but now I understand why there are a number of BD haters out there. My dealings with BD on this turbo have hands down been the most frustrating big ticket purchase experiance I have ever had.

Well that about sums it up for my Boondocker experience also! Waiting and waiting . Feel like I bought waterfront property in the middle of the desert. I dont remember it saying (we will send you the kit someday) on any of the advertisements.
