i want to take the time to thank Jeff at black diamond extreme, Michelle at oregon trail sports, and us127 motorsports. last week on weds i hit a HUGE ROCK in Ontario back country exploring. we cut our trip short, came home.
i emailed and called Jeff and Michelle on friday ordering all i thought I needed to repair the damage. a new complete diamond drive (rock crushed the case), and a new track. i ordered those on friday. saturday i tore the sled completely apart, and found i needed alot of rear skid parts inc rails and front arm. Monday i was off to us127, to give them my parts order for the skid stuff.
the BDX stuff came in on Weds (complete new DD lite, shaft, and rotor kit), the new 2.6 powerclaw was here on thursday. i picked up the skid parts locally at us127 motorsports, on thursday as well. everyone did their best to get me the parts fast without totally killing the budget. these people take care of their customers.
thursday i put most of the skid together, last night i put the whole thing together. one week for a catastrophic repair mid season. i think that is pretty great timing, since most of this stuff came from several states away.
