Let's keep this thread about snow/riding conditions and posting pictures for the nortwest side of the mountain, the other thread I started is getting overrun already with happenings around burgess junction. Snotel is up over 20" and should be snowing today. Wyoming T/A are you headed up again Saturday, should be able to ride off road Sat or Sun as hunting season is ending.

where are you guys riding at out there? Im looking to head out somewhere over thanksgiving but just watching the snotel now to see where the snow is. Either gonna be cooke or the bighorns i think. Thanks.

just got off the hill

Tried to drive to bald mtn this morning around 8:00 but I couldnt get through the drifts at the observation point. I would have to say there will be good amounts of snow to be found there was about a foot on the road between bear lodge and hunt mtn road its looking good up there.

Snotel has not update since 3am this morning and radar has showed snow all day...let's hope for great base to get things rollin....

what is the legal date to ride off the road? 11-9-08 seems a little early to me

Today 11-16 was first legal day to ride off road.

thank god it looks like it moght finally start snowing. i was down last thanksgiving and couldn"t hardly find enough snow to test on this is looking a lot better . probably be down that way day after thanksgiving to give it a rip. look for me on the mountain playing somewhere around hicountry.

Riding This weekend

Was seeing if anyone would be riding up around bald tomorrow and sunday. Would like to make a trip up there but all ridin buddies are workin or family timin it. Coming from gillette, wy. Have a 09 Dragon 800. PM me thanks in advance
