That would be nice if it was at the bottom.. but I dont believe that part. As for the 10 to 11%. In real numbers i think its well surpassed those % already. All the business owners are sitting doing nothing... And to keep from getting rid of everyone there doing mandatory amount of hrs.. part time.. etc... not good out there.
