Evolution Powersports has completed its first production run of our direct replacement Big Chute Turbo upgrade for the ProClimb/Cross 1100T. Our proprietary, 100% bolt on turbo offers a tremendous improvement in overall power and all-around performance as compared to the stock turbocharger. Our larger and more efficient CNC machined billet compressor wheel is mated to the stock turbine shaft and sits inside the stock CHRA. We further increase compressor flow with an upgraded higher flowing compressor housing mated to a new back plate. The upgraded compressor wheel and rebuilt internal CHRA components are VSR balanced as a complete assembly to ensure proper balance. Our innovative design bolts up to the factory header and the OEM or OEM replacement factory type DP and exhaust setup. (2.5" or larger DP & silencer recommended) Our complete Big Chute Turbo system also features a higher pressure wastegate actuator with water-jet cut aluminum mounting bracket and a custom silicone compressor inlet hose that allows the factory plastic inlet pipe to be reused. Everything fits under the factory plastics for a true OEM fit and installation.

We spent a tremendous amount of time developing, testing and refining the performance and efficiency of this turbo. We have a full season testing our Big Chute/Holeshot Turbo system on our ProClimb 1100T as well as independent testers in the industry who have tested them throughout the USA and Canada and all of them conclude that they flat out rip!!!

A few direct quotes from some people who have experienced the power of the Big Chute:
“I have never been scared on a snowmobile before”
“I have to wait for my ba**s to drop”
“H*ly Sh*t”

These quotes are from experienced Western riders, some of whom are coming off of boosted Yamaha Nytros.

Evolution Powersports parent company (EVOMS.com) has built their reputation on the idea of “Insanely Tuned”. We regularly tune some of the highest horsepower turbo vehicles in existence and we have brought this knowledge and experience to the powersports world.

Advanced safety and running features are built in to all of our ECU tunes. Some of these features include:
- Knock sensor scaling to match the higher rev limit,
- Lower drive away temperature limit (lets you move the sled sooner)
- Raised and smoothed idle
- Timing and boost reduction when knock is detected
- Lower water temperature warning light

For those who are thinking about purchasing this turbo upgrade – We have a few extra turbos in stock but they will not last long. Our next production is scheduled for completion before Haydays. Our Big Chute/Holeshot turbo requires a core exchange for the OEM turbo and the lead times will get longer as the season begins to wind up. If you are considering this kit, make your decision soon!!

We will be at Haydays on September 8th and 9th and will have Big Chute kits/Holeshot with us for sale. We will be flashing ECU’s on site for any of the tunes or kits we offer. Can't wait to start installing these bad boys. We will have them on hand as well and will try our best to cut the down time for the customer, but NOW IS THE TIME TO DO IT!!!!
 
And that's how it's done boys. What you are seeing, very rare in the sled world, is called INVENTORY! I am sure that you are going to hear a lot of phones drop when customers call in and ask for a delivery date and you tell them they are IN STOCK and ready to ship now. :rockon:

I think the industry will appreciate the fact that this is available and it's barely August, but like Jim said the bottleneck will be getting the cores machined. Trust me we've been collecting every core we can get our hands on thru the summer to get this inventory built up this early. I hope because of how early it is people dont back burner it till closer to riding season. Later will have you doing this in November when you should be ridin' not wrenching.

What will need to be done to add this turbo to a sled with TD tuning , can and Evo boost tubes. Will the TD big outlet pipe bOlt up. Also will there be any way to get a lil credit if I already have the Evo billit BRV
 
Whoops I spaced forget bout the BRV comment. For some reason my head associated it with waste gate for some reason
 
Do you know the diameter of the muffler? The only thing you should have to dump is the TD tune in the ECU.
 
Got mine ordered up. Hopefully get it installed before the snow flies.

I was talking with Jim yesterday finalizing some details as he was putting my shipment together, the most important piece being the new turbo:face-icon-small-hap. By the time it crosses the border and walks in my door I'm guessing 27-28th. Even with the new parts like the BOV I should have everything to me including your ecu back by mid September.

To be done the winter performance projects by the end of September is unheard of! Some will get the itch again and tack a couple more trinkets on just waiting for snow to fly.

Can't stress enough the effort that has been made since the end of May by Jim and the guys at Evo getting these parts ready for market this early. I talk to Jim 3-4 times a week, lots of it 11-1 his time. In the dealer/manufacturer world I can barely get a call back in business hours the same day let alone 10pm on a weekend. All this bodes well for customer service and pride of work for the end users.

Do the studs shIp out earlier so i can get started on the install of them?
