Booked poolside rooms for 3 days and get there and they don't have poolside when we get here only lodge rooms. They charged my credit card and said no refund because we didn't buy trip insurance. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. When they said we couldn't get our money back we thought well hell we will just stay. Then the desk lady kicked us out really. Stay at the hacienda cheaper and better rooms.

Yea they keep saying there NOW more snomo freindly but this isnt the first time I have heard s$!t like this happening there! If you going to stay in town the riverside or what ever the one right when you come into town,then your close to all the restraunts and beer!
Stayed at that sh!!thole several years back in the summer. We walked up to the restaurant an hour before closing time after driving for hours with several small kids, one was a baby, and the doushbag at the front door tells us they were all out of food. We asked for hotdogs or anything for the kids and he said nothing left go someplace else. We did, then spent that night, had it booked for 4 days, and got out of there with our money back.

I have been staying in saratoga for 15 years in different places my riding buddy has been staying in saratoga over 25 years. The rest of the town is great Bella's is a phenomenal place to eat it is great. The inn has had it's ups and down but never this bad. It just don't like sledders. If we were golfers,hikers or skiers I am sure we would have been treated differently. I kept track of our spending the inn missed out on 2000$. The new updated hobo pool is very nice. Thanks to the other business's in saratoga.
