Better boards?

SpencerA- how did you run your coolers underneath? I have been looking to do the same and get better boards or snoweliminators. Did you use a XC cooler from the early 2000?

I got rid of the OEM XLT coolers, they were junk and for as much as those XLT motors like to run hot its a good idea to upgrade. I'm not sure what my coolers are off of but there at least 3 times bigger then stock. Welded them to the tunnel and cut 2 holes up by my coolant bottle and plumbed from there.

would you be able to post a picture of the coolers. This upgrade is something I have been looking to do. For one) - yes they do like to run hot and two) I want to put some running boards on it that clear out and have grip.

Yea I'll try to take a picture this weekend.

Interested to I have alot of tunnel clearance from a dropped chaincase was thinking of using a longer doo cooler and running the hoses up right in front of the gas tank. Doing coolers like my 700 wont work either theres nowhere to run tubes under the tank and seat

Got the cooler mounted

Overall its not much bigger than the 2 footboard coolers but it is a little hopefully just having it in the tunnel will help
