Better Boards on a REV (NON-XP)

Anyone have any pics of the Better Boards on a REV?

I've seen them on a Dragon, but I am curious how much support they give to the boards to keep them from sagging? My are pretty bad right now.

Get a hold of Marcuso. I don't know if he has anymore of his stiffner kits left, but it sure does the trick. Makes the running bords feel as if they are made out of steel.

I already contacted him, he is out of them and will not make anymore unless he gets a LARGE order.

The Better Boards will stiffen them significantly. We actually added a bit of tunnel support height 2" instead of 1 3/4" because some of the dealers from the 07 run were wanting more support. Sorry on the photos we have such a weak Ski Doo network here that I haven't personally installed them so that you can see my photos. We sold a bunch last year across the world and haven't heard a gripe. Must be working.

You should try to press or push your existing running boards back somewhat level and then these will do the trick! I've replaced a bunch of reallly wowed out gen II, IQ RAWS, EDGES, and Nytros so I now it will work for you.

I'm still working on getting some photos but most guys stuff is stored up and not out yet.

Are the better boards the same for the Summit and the MXZ REV? I have a long tracked 05 MXZ that I want to get a set for and wanted to know If they were the same.

Can you get a couple measurements off of your 05 MXZ and pm me those measurements and I can verify fit?

We need the footbed width from the tunnel out to the inside of the side rail at the footwell (example 6 1/8")...width 10" back same deal (example 5 /12") ...then width 26' back (example 4 3/4") which should be close to the very end. That way we'll know before we send them out.

I see that the 2004 REV boards are listed seperate? are they different boards? narrower, wider?

The running boards are different on a 04. The holes and gripper points are a different shape than on 05 and newer.

Consider it done! I have already been raving about your boards since my bro put them on his Dragon last year. They are a amazing.
