Best Ski-doo dealer in WA??

Steel Dreams--Mount Vernon Powersports

Where is the best skidoo dealer in Washington for service? My check engine light flashing oh fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks

STEEL DREAMS--Now known as Mount Vernon Powersports.

They have taken care of me for many issue's quickly and properly done the first time!! Mark--their tech is awesome!! And I did not buy my machine from them. Twice now I have not even had to leave it with them--called them and let them know I was coming and they fixed it while I waited--even did a couple program reburns for me while I waited.

You now know where my vote is!! With many more--I guarantee

I have sent alot of people up there and have yet to hear of one not pleased and have done that drive agian for their service work.

If Yakima is convenient Knotts is the place.

From where you are those are two good choices!

If you live within the greater Seattle-Tacoma area and ride the Central Cascades. It is tough to beat I-90 Motorsports. They know their stuff and are equiped to handle the volume of customers they are gaining. Both parts and service.

The cream rises to the top.:beer;

Remove Steel Dreams from your list, although they used to have certified mechanics, the quality and honesty of the staff has plummeted in the past year. I've purchased 3 sleds from them and sent an additional 7 guys their way. Never again!!!!

X2....There is a reason they won dealer of the year.

Yep, Darin and the boys do a really good job of taking care of me and my crew. They have gone above and beyond for me in a couple warranty issues when I didn't buy my 08 from them...but after that I did buy my 09 there. Good guys, highly recommend em!!

I agree....since Ron left it is not the same level of service and no friendly smiles. Nothing bad to say about Mark, but the people that are running the service department haven't been very friendly or helpful to me. I take my business elsewhere now...the Polaris mechanic got a good chuckle after pressing my doo drivers for me:).

Sad to hear :(

I guess I'll quit recommending them to my friends now.
I'll keep telling people I don't like though.

So far, I-90 is getting my money and patronage.
I hear great things about Remko.

I wouldn't let Knott's touch your sled if you ever want to run right again. Extreme in Okanagan hands down the best service! Darin know his sh*t.

Just for your information it is not Knotts anylonger its Premier Powersports and is owned and operated by a very fine upstanding man by the name of Matt. He has been around the industry for many years. Sorry if you had bad luck with them in the past, but you should go see Matt.

I know it's under new ownership, and maybe Matt is a good guy, but their "mechanic" is the worst on the planet. It took him over a month to install a gasket on my ATV, and when I got it home I had to do a half hour of work on it putting all the plastics back on correctly. He had the plastics so screwed up that the back brakes were locked on and he didn't even notice when he tried to load it up....idiot!

so you would maybe refer to them as "steal your dreams"
