Best replacement front shocks for nytro??

I went with Ohlins. Had Floats and they did not perform the way they should for the money. Go with Ohlins. GTYR's are a cheaper route and they have compression and rebound dampening.

Wait till they start making them in the late summer/fall and buy fast or you will miss your window. They don't make to many pairs, and if you snooze you loose. (speaking form experience as I was a looser last year!)

You guys all sound like turbo monster"Ohlins this Ohline that"click this way click that way,and then he blows by you on some $het trail up the mountain they are sweet!

For the price you have get a really good deal on some shocks to make the Zbroz exit shocks not an option. Best shocks for 1K.. Go buy those, then sell them to me for cheap!:p

The best thing about the Zbroz is that they are setup for you. Rather then buying an expensive set of shocks, then getting them rebuilt/revalved/resprung for you, the Zbroz come setup specifically for you... at least that is what their web page states. Take a look into how much a respring/revalve job costs for shocks... it is around 300 at least for a pair. Put that on top of whatever shocks you are going to get, and the Zbroz become much more competitive.

Just a couple of cents!

I'm going to try Rev 440 race shocks. They're extremely good shocks and can be found used for around $500-650 a set. They need to be shortened about 1/2" but other than that they should basically bolt in aside from any small bolt spacers. Biggest PIA I think will be running the reserviors.
