best powder skis?

Trying not to spend $300 on a $2000 sled for skis.

these are for sale:

skidoo skis off 05 1000 will take 100$


Are these 6.9 pilots? and would these fit on my 1998 summit x? Is this a good buy?

Those are not 6.9 pilots--but the worse skis ever made--in fact dangerous when loading on a trailer!!

Ditch the sway bar--tighten up the limiter strap--and get ome MOD's, The mods will work on whatever sled you buy--just need new buckets for whatever sled you buy and they are inexpensive.

they look light but it looks like the saddle beefs them up a bit to hold up to the use

Mod's have been around for about 10 years to my recelection---they were deigned and built in BC untill 2 years ago when Lance bought the company and moved it stateside. They are tough skis--I have never bent one yet--worst I have done is break a ski hoop.
Plus Lance is awesome to deal with on getting replacement parts if needed and inexpensive.
