I bought a used turbo kit and would like the turbo checked out to make sure evrything is good. Were should i send it?

a quick visual insection and spinning the wheel and checking for shaft play is really easy and lets you know how its doing very easily.

Just the turbo it self. I know nothing about them so this is my learning phase.

You can check for shaft play, both in and out, and up and down. There should be almost no in and out play and only a couple thousands up and down. Plug the bottom oil fitting and fill put oil into the top fitting, spin the turbo impellers for a while and look for any oil seepage into the housings. You may also want to check your blow off valve and make sure it opens. Anybody that does a fair amount of turbo work would be able to look it over pretty fast.
