Best pipes for installing 800/1000 triple in 1m chassis

I am currently installing a zrt 800 engine into an 03 1m and am curious as to which pipes fit best on the 1m chassis. At this point I am thinking Aaens for 99 and newer zrts and thundercats would be my best choice. If anyone has a set that I could borrow to check fitment that would be greatly appriciated.
I know Jaws makes pipes for this configuration but I was really not wanting to spend that kind of $$ on a set of pipes at this point. Figured if i could pick up a set of used pipes for a 99 and up ZRT I'd try to make them work even if they end up needing a little cutting and welding. I already have my engine mounts converted over to the proper ones for this swap. I have laid my stock 96 pipes in there but it looks like it would be a real fight to get them to fit under the 1m hood.
Im sure there are guys out there that have stuck the big cat triples in the
1m chassis before so if you have any experience with this conversion chime in.

if it gets to be too big a pain, you can put the '99+ triple plastic (hood/bellypan) on the 1M chassis. You've got to cut out the template for the chaincase guard, but other than that, it fits.

Yea I was hoping to not have to go that route but may have to. I already have a lightweight hood for the 1m so wanted to try to stick with the 1m pan.
