Best mods for horsepower

I just upgraded from an RT1000 to an XP800. I absolutely love the sled hands down. The ONLY thing I miss about the RT is the horsepower, approx. 20 hp difference. (I weigh 280) What are the best mods any of you would suggest to up my horsepower? I don't think I'd be interested in nitrous and don't have the $$ for a turbo. Thanks

I'm in the same boat! I'll probably do a single pipe/can. maybe nitrous.

do the head first, then y pipe, can and airbox mod. filter the air box so you can draw cold air. i put a vent right by my left leg in side panel. works good, no bogging and you feel the power differences. and you can do it yourself and not to expensive.

I would say just get it clutched right, and get the power to the ground. A head mod helps out quite a bit on the bottom end and with throttle response IMO. Other than that, you might want to consider a BB.
