Best Lodging in Revelstoke for sledders?

Thought you were a Best Western guy?

I have stayed at the Best Western in Revy lots but pretty pricy,Days Inn is my favorite accommodations. They help out in the parking lot so they can really pack in the trucks and trailers, their security is excellent and they are situated close to everything,Zalas next door but the most important thing is,they are super nice and friendly and they like us sledders....:face-icon-small-hap

If there's enough snow (which there usually is) my first vote would be for Peaks Lodge. If not enough snow my vote would be Days Inn. Common theme for Days Inn people.......go to Zala's for supper. By far best food in town.

Ive stayed at Glacier House before and will never again. The food was ok and accommodations are beautiful. But the owner is the place's downfall. The wife seems really nice but I've met very few people in my life as arrogant as the guy. I've stayed there 3 times hoping things would change but each time the guy is a complete douche. I'll never go back there. It's too bad cause its a beautiful place.

Peaks Lodge has always been good to our group and the Great White North restaurant located across the highway is second to none in Revy.

Peaks is good, out of town and therefore very low vandalism and theft. The operators are helpful to sledders even loaned me some tools and a rivet gun. Rooms are good and the restaurant has a good pub feel and good burgers while snowmo vids are playing.

Regarding Glacier house, my biggest problem is they have a no refund cancellation problem so if the weather is horrible and you decide to go somewhere else or postpone your trip you r @#$ed! Nice property though.

Bring your own gas, beer, etc if you can.

Days Inn gets my vote for accomodations, dont forget about the Great White north Across from peaks love the food there!! Also have stayed at Glacier House, with better management it would be a stellar place.

Family got scabies at Glacier. Crappy service in the restaurant and parking sucked. Peaks is our favorite and close to the sled shed and Pete.

Hey Guys, We are starting plans for a trip to Revy over the new years. Trying to get things started now. I have never been to Revelstoke, but it does look awesome! I was curious as to the best places to stay for snowmobilers. Looking online, seems like a lot of options. Any input would be great. Also I would assume that over new years would be a fun time with good snow. Is the snow good by then most years? Thanks in advance!

The last time I stayed in Rev, six of us rented Rob Alfords place(he grew up with two of the guys), its a big log cabin. If your lucky Rob might take ya out and get ya stuck! We had a good time there as well!
Can't go wrong really book soon!

Everything will be filled in by mid Dec, you should be good to go!

Glacier house is conveneant but exspensive and strict. we went there for a bachler party, told them that rented the biggest cabin made us shut our music off by 11 had to agrue with them about parking our 2 small enclosed trailers at our cabin then got yelled at for parking our sleds next to the cabin. they said we were driving on there trees looked to me more like 8' of ice no trees to be seen. i booked the cabin and didn:face-icon-small-sadt hear the end of it for months afterwards, for god sakes u dont wanna be that guy. saying that it would probably be an alright place to take your wife and kids to go for nature hikes aslong as you stay on the trail
