Corn Dogs! Put 'em in frozen and they crisp up and everything when you're ready for lunch. Don't forget to bring a few packets of mustard. Feels just like being on the midway as a kid. Not to mentions food on a stick is awesome. Parchment paper to keep the aluminum foil from darkening the edges if you're fussy.

bacon wrapped potatoes

Cut red potatoes into bit size pieces, get a package of bacon cut into half. Wrap bacon around potato, hold with toothpick, put in oven at 350 long enough to cook bacon. Let cool, remove toothpick, wrap with parchment paper and then foil, then put them in the freezer. Will usually put it in the muffpot the night before, I tend to forget it in the morning. I usually make about 5 servings at once, when I use them up, go to store, get more potatoes and bacon and make up another batch.
