Like so many of you, I am having hand warmer issues. My left one is dead in both positions and my right one seems intermittent. I plan to replace the stockers with RSI hand warmers after researching and reading all the threads I could find on the topic.
I see RSI has some hand warmer heaters in the shape of a square that come with the Arctic Cat connections already on them.
They also have extended bar (mountain bars with built in bar hooks) but, they do NOT come with the Arctic Cat connectors.
I wanted to order the extended version WITH the Arctic Cat connectors.
I see there are other aftermarket versions by SPI and others.
Here are the square shaped heaters I think I will order but, I sure would like the extended version with the Arctic Cat plug ins.

Here are the SPI extended grip version with no connectors:

Here are the universal extended grip RSI heaters. They are probably the way to go if I can't find them with Cat connectors.

Here's the Arctic Cat wired standard heaters WITH Cat plug ins:

I also plan to add expanding foam inside the handle bars when installing the new heaters and grips.
So, what do you guys recommend?
RSI warmers, ODI grips. Clean the bars with rubbing alcohol, attach the warmers, add some wraps of electrical tape as needed but use sparingly. Measure and cut the grips to the length needed. Cover sled with towel, spray bar and inside of new grips with cheap pump hairspray until dripping and slide the grip right on. Wipe excess and let dry overnight. Go riding.
