did you look at the ones i posted on the other page they are fully ajustible, caster & camber to bad the are not 3 inches forward.

BigFish, yes, I saw those. Those are pretty slick, but like you said, for stock config only. Most people don't realize how important proper caster is for mountain handling. I spent all last season testing front ends. With most "plus kits" out there, you are stuck with whatever caster your subframe puts the a arms at, and in most cases, its not where it should be.......and you can't adjust it.

I run the raptors with spherical ends.

You will have to shorten the tie rods as you can see in the picture....no big deal though.

Anybody know if the Phazer uses the same a-arms as the Nytro? Looking to build a Phazer for my daughter, I think the CR 37" a-arms would be awesome on there..

Duke, I know the shocks don't even come close, so I'm guessing no!

The only aftermarket arms I know of for the phazer are timbersled. Same geometry but lighter.

Zbroz +3 forward arms

For the skinz yes I was referring to the pre-bent tie-rod ends. If you read some people's post they almost break if you look at them wrong. Other guys don't have any problems.
As for the ZBroz shock mount breaking I've only heard of that a couple of times. I'm not 100% if it wasn't rider abuse but who's to say.... Everybody seems to down play how "HARD" they are on their machines!

For me I'd go
CR Racing
ZBroz
Diamonds S
Anybody else's
Skinz(I will admit I've got a personal hatred with them)

Would love to see photos or proof of this damage We have never seen the shock mount get any damage or even bend. We have seen guys bend the upper ball joint but it is usually from impacting the (Earth) which doesn't move. We like this to be a weak point too in order to protect the front clip from damage.
Good info from lots of customers its good to see.

Images + some specs

  • +3" forward form stock (Improved side hilling)
Chromoly tig welded construction
  • New lower and upper ball joints and better bushings than stock (Stronger and better life)
Stock shocks will work (no shock location change with our design)
  • New spindles that improve corning and correct camber gain problems that the factory spindle does not address.
stronger and lighter than stock package

Just ordered my set through Outlaw yesterday. Looking forward to getting them here and getting them installed.

Sorry... I should have given more info. This was from your Generation 1 front end NOT the redesigned kit you sell now(I've not heard anything negative about the current front end). As I stated in my previous post I think it was more to do with rider abuse than any so called weakness in your front end. I wish you guys made a 36" plus 3" front end! Would have most likely bought American if you had one.
P.S. Couldn't find the pic I had, that was about 3 camera phones ago.

I also ordered a set of zbroz along with adairtd. I'm really expecting alot from these a arms since I gave up adding more boost for better handling.

Isn't the new viper a wide front end, and doesn't it handle very well?

Just curious.....I'll look for it's width.

A lot of threads in AC about how WIDE the front ends are. I believe there 40" from the factory & most guys are narrowing to 38". Its kinda the bad part in about basically long tracking a trail sled & calling it a "MOUNTAIN" sled.
