Best can for my buck?

Ridding a 09' 700 155. What is the best can out there for this machine? Should a guy really mess with changing out a helix if he only weighs 175 lbs?
What is going to be the best upgrade in the hills besides a pipe?

I plan on changing to 19/42 gearing on my 09 700...should pull better in the deep and keep clutches cooler
