Best Boost Gauge???

Looking to replace my boost gauge...want some opinions.

Obviously, need waterproof. Thinking a digital might be easier to read at a glance?

AutoMeter makes a nice digital, but not sure if its waterproof.

Any info appreciated!!

Check Dakota Digital under Motorcycle. I think their is a PSI gauge I used on there on one sled I built. It lasted good and was accurate, less $ too

Hey Brent, If you want to try the BOOST FX model, I have one siit on my bench that I just took off for the Autometer anolog. I think it has a short or I didnt have something hooked up right. If you can make it work and you like it, you can have it.

Let me know, Ill bring it to brandy's party on Saturday.

I always prefer analog, as they are self averaging (nature of the game) and comparing needle point locations is pretty quick.

I just know that trying to get a good read on RPM from the digital speedo leaves something to be desired...... Plus, digitals are difficult for transient readings...

No problems so far I have the boost gauge,water temp and wideband gauge contact jim at Brothers Performance Enterprises Ltd in Winnipeg Manitoba he will hook yah up with what you need.

Whats FJO ??

Second for FJO...they've got a new one out now that you can adjust the upper boost threshold (15, 18, 25lbs...etc)...other nice stuff as well...supposedly some new stuff on the wideband AFR analysis side...hopefully logging: RPM; boost; AFR in single table to help tuning....FWIW

Thanks for the info, everyone. MOB had previously sent me the FJO info, before they were available (leave it to MOB to be ahead of the curve!! ).

Looks like that will be the way to go.
