is there any issue with drilling out the limiter strap cross shaft hole for the MTNTK bolt on a set of Ice Age rails?
I just want to make sure there is enough material between the mounting hole and the hyfax screw hole.
I would go with ice age, but they are out

No problems with drilling it out.

Mtntk is out too they just don’t tell you when you order they are listed in stock on the website. Called today supposedly will be shipping towards the end of the week.
Same, ordered mine a week ago. Called today, waiting on parts......

Chaincase sleds have steel shaft

i know, i have one from my ‘17 sks.
reason i asked is because i just pressed avid anti ratchets onto that shaft and the positioning of them looks different than what sheetmetal has.
my measurements are dead on to the avid instuctions/measurements.
i am curious why the difference; drivers (powder freaks maybe), shaft year, etc...
