I bent my tunnel and insurance is paying to replace it, but I find out today that Polaris has them back ordered until Feb sometime?? Re more people bending the tunnels then I've heard about??

Ask your dealer again. Just checked availability and yes, they are past due, but not indicating February.

I bent mine a few weeks ago, I took it into the dealer had them do what they do, and in the mean time I straitened it myself and am running it harder than ever...whats the worst that will happen, I will bend it?:face-icon-small-win

Rick check these tunnels out that I make. You can cut your bent tunnel off and cover up most of the tunnel with the new tunnel. These are much stronger than stock and double the tunnel so now you could haul some weight on the back without bending your stocker. Just a thought Brad

Brad my tunnel bent right behind where the suspension mounts at the frint of the tunnel. Does this kit just rivet over the original sides of the tunnel or replace the whole sides?? doyou have pics before they are installed so i can get a better understanding??

How are most of the tunnels getting bent? Just curious for my own caution. Are you guys hitting something in the snow or more from jumping? Thank you in advance.

With a weak spot like the pro has it can come from many thing. Such as jumping or just bottoming out on trails to carrying stuff on the back of the tunnel. I have seen this also happen to a Guy that rolled his sled and the rear stuck into the snow. It can bend from abuse or normal riding. By putting some sort of extra material there solves the problem like the board / tunnel bracket in the previous post.

Thanks Cody

Tunnel Stiffener

Effika on here has a nice fitting mod. My kid's Pro was bent and starting to crack at the joint area. This mod took care of it. Easy to install and very nice fit. I also have Airframes and glued them to the tunnel as well as the rivets. They were installed prior to the stiffener mod and damage. I am sure the thing would have been f'd in stock configuration. He has a tunnel bag but no fuel can on the back. The damage was from normal aggressive riding, jumps, drops, etc. It's just a weak area on the Pro that needs some beefing up if you are going to ride hard.
