Bent a arm now what

Hit a rock and bent my right lower a arm on a 08, old swaybar style. What years all fit, 05 to 08? Also if I went to a hotz kit would I need a new swaybar kit or something? Or I could go with holz or z bros and need to re valve for no swaybar. I have 09 WE airs and no issues so far so could they be rebuilt for the no swaybar.
