Bear Lodge Web Site Down?

Is the Bear Lodge website down? I haven't been able to view it the past week. Been trying to check the snow conditions in the Big Horns.

Highest amount that I could find on the snotel's in the Northern Big Horns was 31", that seems a little low considering that places out in Cooke and West are over 70" right now!!!
