How does bdx's head light delete kit install? How much of a pain would it be to pop one headlight back in if you knew you were going to need it?

don't you have to run some form of a surge/current protector? I heard the current can burn out the computer Just like if you were to remove the hood.

Where did you pick that light up at sandman? and how does it do for illumination?
got the light at walmart for about $15 for a pair, 55 watts, about half as bright as the stockers, will get you home in the dark. we don't ride at night so its just there to get me back when we are a little late. here in oregon you are required to have one. would maybe spend a little more, had to do some weather proofing to keep the pow out...
are you running the BDX intake on your sled?
have got my sled apart in my shop, in the middle of installing the bdx intake, along with some pistons and a few other goodies
Port that thing while it's down and you will be very happy. The porting with the pipe is a big difference.
