i ride trails .need to get little quieter. have super trapp on withno baffles. with baffles to much back pressure . never tried tunnal dump . will slow down the sled . bd 25 kit thanks

I have the tunnel dump, it is still loud on the trail. the harder the surface under you the louder it is. I have never been around a side dump with a muffler so I cant really compare. I think I would check for someone in your area that has one and see if you can catch up with them for a ride before converting. julio

I have heard sides are louder and they suffocate side hilling in the deep snow. I'd just sell it and buy and xp
