BD Exhaust dump Concerns, Questions

New to this turbo thing and have some concerns of cutting a hole in my Tunnel (foot bracket). Is this the first year for this. Have tunnels cracked because of this. Is this a concern????? Also what effect does the exhaust and unburned oil have on the track with it exiting there??? or has there been enough research (time) on this set-up. Just want you guys with time on this thought's Thanks....G

I have never seen a problem with the new tunnel dump system many riders like
Chris Burandt put them under the test with thousands of miles on them. It will also never bog in any snow and the new kits meet the new MT and CO sound codes as well.

montana has a sound level now? and what is it by west yellowstone whats the level? will twin pipes be to loud?

Montana is using the 98 dec. rule. The inforcment is spotty and most people don't have any problems. Just be careful going to and from teh parking lots/towns and you should be fine. I've seen two people get caught by the noise police and both were parking lot heros, don't be stupid and you should be fine.

how big of a exhaust outlet can you put in the tunnel and wouldnt it make the tunnel weaker since your cutting a chunk out?just a thought id like to get one as long as it does not effect the durability of the tunnel

o2 sensor

You have to weld the sensor bung in yourself. theres only a few inch gap that you can weld in before the muffler hooks up putting it about an inch behind the turbo.
