BCA Float 25 Turbo, anyone?

I just got my float 25 turbo. Where is the leg strap at? I'm not finding it. And the manual has nothing.

The leg strap should be in the little pouch on the right side of the kidney belt.

That's what that is.. I couldn't figure out WTF that was for. Guess I'm going to have to read.
