Batterys?

The wifes 06 Rev goes thru a battery every year, doesnt matter if I keep it on a maintainer or not. I was told to go with a gel battery, was told that they will go 4-5 years due to the plates not breaking loose from vibratation. Any one run the gel batt.?? Dino

the SDI sleds just like perfect batterys, get cheap ones, and your set with around 40 bucks a year, aint bad, and thats just how its gonna be. no really getting around the problems of the SDI system.

I have an 04 sdi that had that problem, the fix for me was to completely unhook it through the summer months and I got 2 years out of it, maybe 3, haven't tried it yet.
