Battery brand and type

Need to get batteries for the jeeps and trucks to go up to the hills.

What do you like? What is the best ? Or just buy local like Sears / Walmart / Pepboys / AAA etc.

Was gonna go Optima BUT the slaesguy at Oriellys says the company was sold and the new owner quality is not as good. Said to buy BOSCH.

Get what fits and check to see which has the most CCA.

I don't know their deferent models, just know they're good batteries. Most of what I use are their bigger group 31 for trucks and tractors, but do use Interstate in my cars and pickups when the oem craps out.

I've had great results with Costco's batteries. I don't know who makes them for them, but they have never let me down and cost way less. Their are only a few battery manufacturers of batteries, many just carry different decals.

Odyssey seems to have taken the top spot in the offroad market since optima sold out, too bad they're crazy expensive.
