Bar Graphs?

Please excuse my absence and my ignorance, but I have yet to figger out what these funky bar graphs under each of our names s'posed to represent?

They must not be "good looks" indicators b/c mine isn't max'd out, so....

Oh yeah - the green one on the other side as well?

I knew there would be a thread on it - but I searched "bar graphs" and came up cold. So ...

Now - after reading that - it is like science. The more that I "know" the more questions that I have.

I think I must be about 30 yrs too old for a feature like that to be kewl.
