Baker this late?

Sorry to start another baker thread, but I never ever been up this late in the year, was wondering what the road up is like.... I see a bunch of you are heading up, was hoping for a report. I hear horror stories of snow holes and crevices this time of year.. Is it safe for a relatively newb to the area?

The road is in good shape...its safe if you stick to the road and main trail up to hood hill...stay off the mountain and stick to the lower areas.
