Weren't there O.E. demos last year?
Baker shootout and on the hill BBQ is scheduled for April 4th this year. It is certainly moving forward.
Last year we had Arctic Cat sleds. This year we are trying to work with Polaris and 3 local Polaris dealers to get their demo sleds on the hill. If we can swing it this will be a great opportunity to ride some new sleds.
We look forward to seeing you all on the hill...and more to come later.

I don't see why all the dealers wouldn't bring up a demo of all four makes. Seems like a great place to show off the newest thing. Theres always a huge turnout. Plus I'd like to try a Nytro. 
I am sure we can bring our 09 demos, but I don't think we are going to have access to any 2010s this year. I am at the Cat Show right now and it does not sound like there is going to be a M Series Demo tour this year. I will keep everyone posted if I hear different.

You guys need to think of moving the date for this. The Dessert 100 is that weekend and I know alot of sledders will be at the race....... Including myself.
I second that because I will be in Vegas the first weekend

In 2006 the BSO was the 2nd weekend of April... and I heard it was moved around due to the BDSO. But now the BDSO is cancelled.... so??
hey you race it or just watch, I am heading over for the third time. pulling a Raptor Fifth wheel. use it for both sleds and bikes. wonder if it will make it to baker, never been there either!!! normally ride green water!!!

Yes, the second weekend in April is Easter Weekend.
The club discussed this last night and decided to keep it at the first weekend, mainly because of Easter. However, we had these competing interests last year also and still had nearly 500 people on the hill.
We feel bad for all of you who can't make it. Unfortuantely, calendars are so busy these days that it is hard to find a time that works for everyone.

Good call on not moving the date. The event has become established over the years i vote it is always the first weekend in April.. Then there is no question... Just an idea.
