Baker Lake Rd Closed-estimated opening 2/1 ;) ;)

I swear this place has gotten way too sensitive this year........Yes Baker Lake Road is open, that was the entire point of the post with pix!!! When someone fixes a post....its a joke.

Maybe everyone's just pissy cause the rain but really, lighten up!

I'm still laughing. It's just I'm mad cause I cancelled today's ride well before waiting for your post!! dumb, dubm, dubm. So I'm sitting here at home, sled dumbly dry in the garage, drinkin some coffee. Nice pics reTodd; I just wish I could have gotten up there before the road closed til 2/1 :eek: ;) ;)

"wink" on the thread title told me you were joking, I understood. How do you put the pics up withought attaching them? I always have to lower my quality to make it work...
 
I email my pix to myself so that the file size is a bit smaller. Then, you need to get on a 3rd party hosting site like photobucket. Load the pix up to photobucket, then copy the "direct link" into the picture icon. It has worked pretty well that way.

Staying home today but the forcast is saying that after we get through snow, then rain, it will eventually get really sunny and warm for some spring riding so maybe later next week we'll have some blue bird days.

What was that about "life is like a box of chocolates......." You take the weather you get and make the best of it.

ReTodd,I think everybody got your joke with the ;);).....

It was ApeSh*tBananas that posted that they were closeing the road till 2-1...:confused:

The riding up there today was fun,socked in so we went to the right of peanut down in the ravines.Lots of fresh and deeeeep snow to be had.Kind of hard to see where you were going,lots of stucks from runnin into snowbanks.:p

Hope to go again tomorrow,hopeing the rain doesnt go higher.We unloaded in rain then started getting into snow about halfway up.

I was gona be on baker today till the flooding hit wednesday. finally made it home friday night. livin in Duvall,,, didn't want to drive an extra half hour south to fall city so i could turn around and head up I90 towards baker. would have been a 4 hour event to get to a fogged in mtn. sulfur would have been nice today. Next saturday! write it down! c u there!:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;
