Bad plastic panel fitment

Anybody else experiencing bad fitment of side panels on their axys sleds? Mine has been like this since it was new, and seems to get worse. When i push the side panels on, it holds itself in place for a short time then just pops out again, making a large enough crack for snow to come in. I havent noticed any drive belt slippage because of it, but still very annoying.

Most of them seem to fit pretty good, that's the worst I've seen. Looks like the stickers have been changed on yours....maybe got carried away with the heat gun during sticker removal?

It been like this since new, before I removed the stock decals and wraped it.

That definitely isnt right, allmost looks like there is tension in the panel, causing it to pop out.

I guess if the front bumper was pushed back and has done the same to the hood the front mount for te panel would be too far back

I agree, it feels like something is in tension, but as i said. It's been like this from stock, and ive changed the bumper also.

Mine was pretty bad, and got way worse after 1 riding season on my 16. I added the fire and ice pro ride strap kit to my axys. Can kind of see on this pic where I added them. I used 4/6 from the kit.

That looks like a solution i could live with. Thanks for sharing
