Backpack Hatchet

If anyone is looking for a nice backpack hatchet. Walmart has these SOG hatchets in their gift section for $20. These are usually $40-$50. SOG makes some great products. These are pretty indestructible and lightweight.

I don't have the hatchet but I bought a pocket chain saw a year ago and glad I did. Had to use it a couple times to get out of hairy situations.

I saw those hatchets at Wal-Mart too. I was wondering what the pointy end is for. I'd prefer the hammer end like my light weight Gerber one has. Handy when someone tweaks an a-arm.

More like "goes back to Medieval times" nice weapon. Scary having those on the shelves on black Friday at Wally world, things can get crazy.
