Baby showers for men - anyone go?

Any of you guys go to these or wives tried to get you to host one? Better yet has your wife's prego friend had one and tried to get you to go to the husbands party?


My wife mentioned it and I quickly nipped it in the bud. You won't find me at one but I was curious what other guys thought about them.

You get gag gifts, shop tools, tailgate atmosphere, whiskey, cool "parts girls" calendars and bro time.

Stag parties are worthless without female strippers....Did I ever tell you about the time I got so drunk at a stag party the strippers were giving face shots of there crouch to all the guys....One gal got about 2 inches from my face when all of a sudden I puked all over her....Rotten Fish does it to me every time

Buddy's wife had a baby shower on the beach at their lake spot. Few of us guys were out on the boat for the day, and they convinced us to stop by. We were the opposite of sober.....it did not go well. Husband vomited on the beach in front of the friends, family, so forth. They are divorced now.

Yeah real metrosexual to have a big party with a couple of kegs and tell your buddies to bring some diapers or some chit. Cuz who wants to hang out with their friends and drink beer.

If you actually go its always worth a good laugh to buy adult diapers and pretend you weren't sure if the diapers were supposed to be for them or the baby.
