I forgot I took these pic's late this spring, these two where very friendly. Mom was no where around and never should up. We must of played around with them for ten or fifteen minutes and took a ton of pic's. Here are a couple.

cute, but grow up to be a monsterous pain in the ars around here. Or grow up to be grease spots on the highway....:face-icon-small-ton

Cute, but those can be ROUGH animals to have for a pet.
You HAVE to get them when they are JUST weined...or they can be even MORE of a nightmare.

They take EVERYTHING and stash it. They love shiney things. And they can open anything too.

about 25 years ago a bunch of young racoons wandered onto the yard.
The mother must have been killed.

Bend down to pick them up, they would kind of hiss, but as soon as I'd pick one up it would take to me immediately.

Gathered them up & took them all (so I thought) to the zoo.

Got home & 1 more was there.
Kept her for a few months & then gave to the neighbor.

Very playful, loved being held, but would want to be as high up as possible. Would always end up sitting on top of my head!
Her front paws were so soft & gentle, literally like hands.
She did not like being left alone, wanted constant attention.

The neighbor said she got mean as she matured, as we expected she would.

That's the problem, they usually get mean as the mature. An uncle had one as a kid and so did my father in law. Both cases, they were cool at first but as they got older, they changed and weren't so much fun.

kill em now, so you don't have to later. Them sumbitches can reak havoc.

if you haven't noticed i hate racoons and skunks. they usually go hand in hand.

I have had many coons as pets. If you get them real young, they can be trained easily, but wait till they are a few months older and they are a totally different animal. Fun and cute, til they are all growed up, then they are a pain, especially after they show up after hibernation.

^^^^^ THIS! Kill every single one you see, and shoot at eyes in the dark just in case it might be one. F*CK coons and everything about them.

I wouldn't feel a thing except recoil if I could shoot those baby coons.
