Axys patriot 850 155 stuck at 6300rpm

2021 155 axys 850 with boondocks agility kit. Starts and sounds fine on idle. WOT only gets to about 6300 rpm and stays there. I have swapped plugs, checked crack pressure on the boondocks, power valves seem to slide in and out smoothly, primary clutch disassembled and inspected, no lights on the dash, not sure what to try next. Is the rpm a limp mode even if there is no light on the dash? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Turbo spinning freely?

seems to be yes. Pulled the silicon pipe off the intake side and it spun fine and could hear it continue spinning after hitting the kill switch.

Shoot i had a similar experience and the wheel was jammed.

Try pulling the power valves? Even though the cable moves, it’s possible something is broken.

Try pulling the power valves? Even though the cable moves, it’s possible something is broken.

Everything looked in tact when I pulled them out. A little gummed up but not bad.
