Ok here's the fix from my dealer
My 18 Rmk 155 had no left hi warmer
Low was ok right worked on both
But not really hot like it should have been
Took in in to dealer
3 hours in they could not find problem
Replaced heater on left w new still no hi
After messing around and scratching there head they stumbled on to the fix accidentally by plugging into 12v dc power to fire up electronics on sled with out running sled And boom fixed ???
I said wtf? They did not know what that did to fix it but now my grips work absolutely spectacular hot as hell grips work immediately at idle Which they never worked at all on idle
Of course they billed me up the ass for there guessing labor time of 3 hours prior to the fix And of course got the " we never had that happen story " plus billed me for more labor after the 3 hour guess a thon
And of course the new grip and
Paid the bill and said ur dealership sucks and will never come back ever again
They could have worked w me on labor some?? But instead reamed me for $
Prob should have never even told me the fix story I would have felt better
Dealers?!&@,?()&& Hate them !!!

Oh and by the way it was Ervs in tomahawk
Wisconsin so beware
And on top of it all I had extended warranty and they said they could not honor it!
pain in the ass place to work with
NEVER will I go back there again!
