AXYS BOONDOCKER SIDEKICK PROBLEM

In situations like this, swapping out parts from a known good sled is usually the easiest method of troubleshooting. We had a sled die on the hill and after process of elimination, they swapped gas tanks to verify the fuel pump had failed. In you case, I'd be looking at the swapping the BD box, map sensor, and wastegate possibly. Worst case is to completely remove the kit to see if it runs good or not.

I ride around 6000-7000 ft. My sled would over rev all the time. I tried 70 gram weights didn't help a bit. I ended up with 68 gram weights, Team lime green red spring (158-290 rate) and a 46/40 helix, stock driven spring. Went from 8750 RPM to steady 8450 RPM, hope this helps.

Install

May have missed it in this thread. Who installed the turbo and was it ridden stock , prior to the sidekick install?

I installed it. Then Alpine went through it. Turbo was installed when new.

Put it back to stock. No idea why anyone would put a turbo on without putting some miles on the sled first. :face-icon-small-con
